Dr. Ibrahim is a beyond exceptional physician. He CARES about his patients using his personal time to CARE for them. This is a quality that he personally has developed and chosen to do throughout his life and was not received academically. The U needs to recruit more of these types of physicians and recogonize those that they currently have.
