This poor lady is being over worked. She gives great care but it is very hard to get a timely appointment. Madsen needs to hire more MDs.

Dr. Li is amazing, she excels in her profession! She is compassionate, caring, encouraging, respectful, and attentive to my needs as a patient. I am lucky to have her as my primary care physician!

Dr. Li is caring, easy to talk with, and a good listener. The only point of conflict is drugs (her) vs. food supplements (my preference).

I was very calm and felt comfortable during the meeting with the doctor, although I usually get very nervous. Even my blood pressure was normal)). I received more than I expected. I am very glad that Marlana Li is now my doctor.

Dr. Li is exactly were she should be - Family Practice. Since, family care for each other so does Dr. Li she cares and takes the patient's dilemma very seriously. Dr. Li's focus has and is to focus what would benefit and create a more balanced ( health wise ) metabolism.

Dr Li cares. She gets annoyed when I don't keep my promises. She once told me that she's trying to help keep me around, which is very nice to hear. It doesn't help when I'm being stubborn, though. We are able to talk on a high level as I am quite knowledgeable about human biological matters. And she's quite good at explaining things.

Time for allotted visits for provider is inadequate

I lost my primary care physician at this clinic with no warning. Now I have no doctor. It was so hard getting this appointment and I'm bugged that I can't just have Dr. Li be my primary Dr. I can't get an appointment with a potential primary care doctor for at least 4 months. Just a little frustrated. I am having so many issues I need help.

Dr Li is by far one of the most skilled, intelligent, & caring providers I have had in my lifetime. Not only does she take the time to hear all of your issues/questions but spends the time to make sure you are good with the plan she advises. She regularly includes you in your care. She is definitely a step above most primary care providers!

Dr Li was very pleasant, easy to talk, to and very informative. I even learned new things about blood pressure terms. It was fun! She was very quick and helpful in getting me a same day follow up with a dermatologist in just a couple of hours Her concern was great!

Poor Dr. Li, originally she could not hear me, but this is not the first time I've had a virtual visit where we have to start over. Perhaps having some ready made cards with comments to help the call along will help? Overall, I think that virtual visits are a godsend, especially in times of covid.

Dr. Li has an excellent bedside manner. She Is professional.She listens to all my concerns and responds with approprite interventions, latest research and always follows up with labs, referrals in a timely manner. I feel very fortumate to have Dr.Li as my PCP.
