The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers. The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
Patient comments are gathered from our patient experience survey and displayed in their entirety. For the convenience of our visitors, some patient comments have been translated from their original language into English while preserving their original meaning as accurately as possible. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.

Very professional in his work and very friendly [TRANSLATED]
Extremely knowledgeable and a gentle approach to healing. I really appreciated his holistic knowledge to include all areas of health and not just prescriptions and tests to be given.
Dr. Yong was friendly and knowledgeable. He made my son feel at ease. I was pleased with the care and attention that we received.
Dr Yong was disinterested and aloof.
I worry that we were only 'seen' for what the appt was scheduled for. I feel there may be more going on with my child and I felt dismissed - even unintentionally. Dr Yong was kind to myself and my child, but i don't feel like I walked away with any information or answers.
Dr. Yong is fantastic. He did a procedure on typically calm my teenage son that was causing him to have some stress and anxiety and, after all was said and done, he said, "Good thing I had a GOAT doctor". I appreciate his professionalism, kindness and skill.
Keep up the great work
Thank you, Dr. Yong!!
Dr Yong did a great job listening to both patient and parent and including them in the process. He was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We would be happy to be under his care again.
I'm not sure how he works in pediatrics. He barely acknowledged our child other than the exam. He was quick to shut down a concern we had about pain management. He seems cold and not happy to be there. We will be getting a second opinion.
