What’s the unhealthiest meal in America? You can find it at Red Robin. The restaurant’s Monster Burger Meal, which contains a double-patty burger, unlimited fries and a milkshake, packs a whopping 3,540 calories. That’s enough for two days.

The meal appears on the annual “Xtreme Eating” report from the nonprofit advocacy group the Center for Science in the Public Interest, which combed through menus of 200 restaurant chains. The Cheesecake Factory took three out of nine spots on the list thanks to its high-caloric portions.

Tips for Not Overeating

You can continue to enjoy dining out without overeating. Follow these tips:

  • Order from the lower-calorie menu. If one’s not available, order from the children’s list.
  • Eat half, and take the rest home for lunch tomorrow.
  • Ask to replace the fries with healthier alternatives such as steamed broccoli.
  • Order a burger with lettuce in place of the bun.
