The holidays go hand-in-hand with hot chocolate, eggnog and other seasonal sips. But many of these drinks are gut-busters that pack on the holiday pounds. Here are some of the season’s biggest offenders, plus simple modifications that make these drinks not-so-naughty. 

“Try to stick with water or other calorie-free beverages, especially during the holidays,” Saunders adds. “And if you do have a high-calorie drink, think of it as a treat rather than just a beverage.”
