Dealing with cancer can be stressful for patients and their families. At Huntsman Cancer Institute, trained facilitators teach simple, proven techniques to ease anxiety and stress in only a few minutes. These upcoming classes and events are open to patients and caregivers to recenter and de-stress.

Mind-Body Skills Group

Mindfulness is an intentional focus of your attention on the present moment. Trained mindfulness facilitators lead this class to help reduce stress and pain, and restore well-being.

Sound bowls produce tones which may help people relax and meditate. This calming music has been linked to reductions in stress and anxiety.
