Lymphoma Program Nurses

The Lymphoma Program Clinic is located in the Huntsman Cancer Hospital 2nd floor 2C.  Each doctor has a team of nurses, specialized in providing lymphoma care, to assist in their clinics.  The clinic nurses provide education and counseling to patients regarding chemotherapy treatments and side effects.  Nurses are available in the clinic Monday – Friday 8am-5pm to answer patient calls.  The clinic nurses can be reached at 801-585-0236.  After hours and weekends patients can call the hospital operator at 801-587-7000 and ask for the “On-Call Hematologist

Martie Becker

Martie Becker, MSN, BSN

Martie Becker completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1998. She then went on to earn her masters of nursing in 2008 from St. Mary’s College. She began working at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital in November of 2015. Her prior experience includes: Pediatric Oncology RN, Pediatric/Adult Case Management, Cystic Fibrosis Clinic Coordinator, Intestinal Rehab/GI Case Manager. She enjoys hearing the life stories of her lymphoma patients as well as their joys of life.

Karissa Dimas

Karissa Dimas, RN

Karissa Dimas completed her bachelors of nursing from the University of Utah in 2011 and began working at Huntsman Hospital in February of 2014. Her previous experiences includes The University of Utah Burn Trauma ICU. She enjoys being an instrumental part of the process in the treatment of her patients need, and most importantly seeing them lymphoma free.

Jill Gahlsdorf

Jill Gahlsdorf, RN, OCN

Jill Gahlsdorf graduated from Santa Fe Community College in 2007. She started working at Huntsman Cancer Hospital in January of 2008, working on inpatient oncology/hematology prior to the clinic.  She enjoys working with  Lymphoma patients because they are fighters and their strength and love for life is infinite and inspiring.

Debbi Green

Debbi Green, RN, BSN

Debbi Green finished her bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in 2007. She began working at Cottonwood hospital on the surgical floor as a CNA/LPN/RN prior to coming to Huntsman Cancer Institute. She has been working in the HCI Lymphoma clinic since June of 2004. She loves the relationships that she develops with the patients while they are receiving their care in our clinic.
