COMPASS Transportation Assistance Program

Patients may receive round-trip rides through Salt Lake Express Shuttle Service from Heber City and Vernal. Please be aware this service does not take patients directly to Huntsman Cancer Institute. Drop-off locations are downtown Salt Lake City (60 North Temple) or the Salt Lake City Airport. We can provide patients a $20 gift card for Lyft to transport patients to and from Huntsman Cancer Institute from the drop-off locations. See Ride Share Service for information.

Patients who choose this service will be emailed shuttle tickets and a Lyft gift card. Our transportation assistance coordinator will book the shuttle service for patients.

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag and a maximum of five checked bags. Fees are as follows:

• 1st bag: free
• 2nd bag: free
• 3rd, 4th, 5th bags: $10 each

• Pick-up/Drop-off location: Quality Inn at 1684 W Highway 40, Vernal, UT 84078
• Boarding instructions: Load in front of canopy.
• Daily departure times: 3 am and noon

Tooele, Utah

• Pick-up/Drop-off location: 1605 East Saddleback Blvd, Lake Point, UT 84074
• Daily departure times: 6:10 pm
• Please note: This route only provides transportation to the SLC airport stop. There is no return route.

Draper, Utah

• Pick-up/Drop-off location: 7 Eleven Station at 12292 S. Lone Peak Pkwy, Draper, UT 84020
• Boarding instructions: Load in parking lot.
• Daily departure times: 8:35 am, 3 pm, 9:30 pm

Farmington, Utah

• Pick-up/Drop-off location: Hampton Inn and Suites at 332 W Park Lane, Farmington, UT 84025
• Daily departure times: 6:25 am, 9:25 am, 1:20 pm, 8:55 pm

Park City, Utah
