Our Farmington Health Center is open for both primary and specialty care. We provide complete care for you and your family by offering a range of services for patients of all ages, including family medicine and internal medicine, women's health services, and pharmacy services.

We are conveniently located west of Station Park in Farmington, Utah.

Do you need an MRI, X-ray, CT scan, or mammogram? We offer convenient radiology services right in our health center so you don't need to make multiple trips to get the care you need. We also offer on-site labs, giving you faster, more convenient test results.

We also offer free child care.

A flu shot is the best way to help prevent seasonal flu. Doctors recommend individuals get a flu shot as soon as possible. Although the vaccination won’t protect you from COVID-19, it can reduce the severity of your symptoms if you get sick.

COVID-19 Vaccine Available for People Age 12 & Older

University of Utah Health, along with several health systems in Utah, has been asked by the state to help distribute COVID-19 vaccines to the public. We are currently offering the COVID-19 vaccine to anyone who lives in Utah and is 12 years of age or older. We encourage U of U Health patients to schedule their vaccines through MyChart or contact their primary care provider. Follow our MyChart instructions to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
