Over 50? Get a Colonoscopy

Regular screening is the best way to prevent colon cancer. Colon cancer screening should begin at the age of 50 for both men and women.

Patients with a family history of colon cancer or pre-cancerous polyps may have different screening guidelines and should consult their health care provider.
