Whether it’s a thyroid disorder or Type 2 diabetes, our endocrinologists at Sugar House Health Center are specially trained to diagnose, treat, and help you manage your endocrine disease so that you can live a long, healthy life. Through diet, exercise, and medication management, we help you monitor your blood glucose (sugar), lipids (fats), and blood pressure to ensure you reduce and prevent complications from these diseases. Our providers also use health targets and screening tests recommended by national organizations to give you specialized care.
Location at Sugar House Health Center
The diabetes and endocrinology clinic at Sugar House Health Center is located on the third floor in rooms 308 and 322 through 324. Our front desk staff will be available to guide you where to go.

Our diabetes clinic at Sugar House Health Center also offers a certified diabetes educator who will teach you how to make healthy lifestyle changes. Our certified diabetes educator will give you the tools you need to help manage your blood sugar levels and prevent health complications down the line.

Make an Appointment
For most endocrinology disorders, you will need a referral from your primary care physician to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists. However, patients with diabetes do not need a referral to schedule a visit. Before you call, check with your insurance to ensure that the appointment will be covered.
