The Teen Health Clinic provides a medical home for teens. In other words, our doctors and staff work together to provide comprehensive health care, specific to the individual needs of a teen. Our doctors can provide the following services:

  • Annual well checkups
  • Management of on-going medical problems
  • Birth control
  • STD screenings and treatment
  • Sports physical
  • Sick visits
  • Immunizations

Additional Services: We understand that teenage patients may have unique needs. In addition to primary health care, a team of professionals will look out for the psychological and social needs of our teens and help identify the educational and financial needs to match them with community resources and programs.

Parents and legal guardians are welcome to come to appointments. If they cannot come, we will need a copy of signed permission to provide medical care. Appointments regarding STDs or pregnancy testing do not require parental permission.
