Supporting Patients in Their Journey to Recovery

CARF accreditedAt University of Utah Health's Rehabilitation Center, our focus is to preserve, enhance, and restore the quality of life for people with disabling conditions. We provide specialized, individualized care for a variety of conditions, including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, polytrauma, spasticity, amputation, and other forms of illness and injury.

Our center’s dedicated teams are composed of regionally and nationally respected specialists dedicated to supporting patients and families from acute rehabilitation through wellness and independence.

Even after a patient leaves our inpatient center, we continue to provide specialized rehabilitation care through outpatient physician services in our PM&R Clinic, outpatient therapy services, wellness programs, ongoing patient education, and access to support groups.

Along with being the only CARF accredited inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation program in Utah, our Rehabilitation Center is also ranked among the nation’s Top 20 Rehabilitation Hospitals by US News & World Report.
