Interviewer: Your health is more than just your blood pressure, your cholesterol level, diet and exercise. There are other components that go into being a healthy you. Dr. Kirtly Jones, explain more.

Dr. Jones: Well, we know that health depends on other areas of your life than just your physical health. It's important, but your emotional health, your social health, intellectual, environmental health, and your financial and spiritual life are important. How are you doing with these areas of your life? Check yourself out. When was the last time you talk to your friend, not texted? It's good for you to do that. Do you have a little financial cushion? No? Start one, it's good for your health. When you think about your health, all these things are important, and all of them will contribute to living a full and resilient life.
