General Nutrition
Nutrition Consultation at PEAK
If you’re hoping to make changes in your eating habits, meeting with a nutrition expert can be invaluable. When we’re talking nutrition—one size does not fit all. Our registered dietitians can help you determine realistic changes to your diet that make sense.
This service includes a 60-minute meeting with a registered dietitian to discuss ideal nutrition strategies for performance/health or review current nutrition standards. This service does not provide detailed meal plans.
PEAK dietitians focus on eating for health and wellness and generally do not focus on specific medical conditions. Appointments take place at PEAK Health and Fitness or you can schedule a virtual appointment if you prefer.
Duration: 60 minutes

$70/1-hour consultation (follow-up $35/30-minutes),

Clinical Dietitian Appointments (MNT)
A registered dietitian will partner with you to develop a safe and realistic eating plan that you can stick with for the long haul. Dietitians can provide strategies for healthier:
- meal prepping,
- grocery shopping, and
- mindful eating.
Dietitians are trained in therapeutic diets for digestive disorders or other conditions requiring special diets. Appointments take place in our health centers or you can schedule a virtual appointment if you prefer. We recommend that you get a referral from your provider.
Duration: 30–60 minutes

Diet Analysis
Proper nutrition and adequate physical activity are vital to healthy living. A diet analysis will provide you with a:
- breakdown of your caloric intake,
- macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat) and
- micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
Our nutrition specialist will interpret the information and make some individual diet recommendations. This service includes an evaluation of three-day food record and a 60-min appointment with a registered dietitian.

Nutrition Package
Three sessions with a registered dietitian (RD), dietary analysis, individualized nutrition plan:
1. Initial consultation: The RD will conduct an in-depth health and nutrition assessment. The RD will also determine your nutrition concerns and goals.
Your homework after consultation: Keep a three-day food log and bring it in or email back to the RD for analysis and appointment #2 discussion. (60 minutes)
2. Evaluation of 3-day food record and development of individualized nutrition plan: Your RD will review the three-day food record with you as well as the individual nutrition plan developed for you. (60 minutes)
3. Follow-up session: The RD will evaluate your progress, answer any questions, and make any adjustments you need to your nutrition plan. (30 minutes)
