Dr Berman .. What an exceptional physician and person
UofU Patient June 04, 2013Dr. Berman is excellent, but often runs so late (and without explanation) that I would only recommend him with a caveat. To me, his excellent care is worth the wait, but I imagine others might feel differently. Once in the exam room, he is everything you would want in a doctor, however.

UofU Patient May 19, 2013Caregiver should be redefined as peoplemover. There is little concern about the patients health, very reactive vs. proactive. Little concern about getting and keeping the patient healthy. Seem to go by the book to get the person in and out. Little concern about the health of the patient. I have no confidence in the clinic about the care about my well-being. I see no compassion for medicine or patients.
UofU Patient May 11, 2013Dr. Berman has been my doctor for just over 18 years. I drive from Vernal and back to see him. About 5 1/2 total driving time. I wouldn't do that if he didn't provide the best care I have ever received.
UofU Patient April 29, 2013Dr. Berman has been my doctor since March 1995. Since November 2008 I drive a total of 6 hours to see him (I moved to Vernal from Salt Lake). I am dreading the day he retires. I will continue to keep him as my doctor for as long as possible. The standard of care Dr. Berman gives is the BEST I have received ever!!!

He must be too busy because his schedule is such that he saw me an hour late, and he doesn't seem to have the time to spend more than 5 minutes with a patient. The knee brace he sent me home with is unusable and I bought my own at the grocery store that actually works. I like Berman, I just wish he could get his scheduling figured out.

UofU Patient July 24, 2012Dr. Burman actually prescribed two medications that should never be taken together (they cause ulcers). The pharmacist pointed that out. Had to get another opinion two days later and he had misdiagnosed the issue. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

There are doctors at redstone that I have walked away feeling like it was a slam-bam-thank you-mam visit. It felt like I was another doctor's patient and therefore was an inconvenience to that doctor.

I have seen some of the other providers there both in internal medicine and other family practice doctors as Dr. Berman was out of the office. I did not like being treated like "another provider's patient". I also was not impressed by the way the providers treated their staff.

My 70 year old father just started seeing him and said he was the first doctor in YEARS to go through each one of his medications with him. He is already seeing an improvement in one of his conditions.

Overall an excellent experience, I was very pleased with the care and I wouldn't hesitate to go to the clinic again if needed.
