The quality of care and his bedside manner towards me was both rude and unprofessional. He had no regard for my outcome or interest in helping me find an answer.

UofU Patient January 18, 2013I am well satisified with Dr. Odell and his practice. He is very informative and if I have any questions, he does his very best to answer them at the time or later. If I don't understand something, he explains it in full in language that I would understand. He is polite and has a great sense of humor, which puts your mind at ease when you might be anxious about something. I have highly recommended him to others and as a matter of fact our Son now has him as his physician! He is worth the trip from far away.

He called me personally to correct the issue. I respect Dr. Odell a great deal and know he really cares for my health issues. I would and have recommended Dr. Odell to other people.

The nurse and doctor listened patiently and asked questions, but in the end I received no real advice on improving these conditions. I don't want to be told that my back has "become used to being in pain". My back does not have it's own consciousness, I want solutions and tools for controlling these ailments.

He has a relaxing way about him that puts you at ease no matter what your problem might be. His explanations are thorough and very understandable. He is a compassionate person and my husband and I travel from out of the area to have him as our doctor. Yes, I have recommended to several people! And will continue to do so.

I have more than enough knowledge about my condition to know what type of doctor attributes things they don't understand to psychogenic origins.
