UofU Patient June 03, 2013
Dr. Jackson has been by far the best Rheumatologist I have consulted with! He was very compassionate and thoroughly went through everything with me from start to finish. I left feeling confident I am in good hands and I had better knowledge of my prognosis.
UofU Patient May 28, 2013Dr.Jackson was really nice. He didn't rush through our visit. Dr. Jackson explained everything about my condition thoroughly. He was also mindful that I don't have insurance and he explained cost effective methods to use at this time.
UofU Patient May 27, 2013Dr. Jackson spent 50+ minutes working through my problems. Although I will be seeing another specialist, he said he will be available to help me.
UofU Patient May 10, 2013Was able to talk to me about my condition and make me understand what I need to do going forward. Took the time to explain what was needed.

UofU Patient April 15, 2013We were very impressed with Dr. Jackson. He explained every thing and told us what he thought we.. should do. He even called my Doctors and told them what he thought. He called me at home. My husband and I thought he was very good.

UofU Patient April 06, 2013Dr. Jackson is a very excellent, intelligent, and caring doctor. I highly recommend him
UofU Patient March 28, 2013The doctor was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. I was impressed and appreciative with the amount of time I received with him. I appreciate that he spoke to me like an educated human. I also greatly appreciate his follow up phone call. This rarely happens. I had confidence in his competence as a doctor of Rheumatology. Where I lacked confidence, however, was about being listened to, really listened to. I know he heard me, but I left feeling very hopeless about getting help with whatever is going on in my body. I felt like I was being passed off because my situation won't show up in labs. I realize there are many times where a doctor can not provide answers but perhaps he could provide a little more assurance. That being said, I am also willing to accept the possibility that my expectations were unrealistic. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
UofU Patient March 25, 2013Dr Jackson is the best!
UofU Patient March 21, 2013I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Jackson. I had been having pain and swelling for 3 months without any answers from my primary care Dr. Someone from the clinic having looked at my referral knew what test to have run before my first visit. I was expecting to go and just meet the Dr. and have more tests, but Dr. Jackson already had the diagnosis and we were on the way to getting things under control. I was very happy with Dr. Jackson. He took the time to answer all our questions, asking several times if we had any questions and made sure to tell me to write down any more questions I might have. He took the time we needed. I didn't feel like he was rushed. I felt like he really cared and that I was important. I felt so overwhelmed with gratitude as I left.
UofU Patient March 08, 2013Dr Jackson is always very thorough with his observations. He is also very straight and to the point. When he goes over my medications, for just in case purposes, writes down the exact instructions of how I need to take them. I suffer from active Rhuematoid Arthritis and he is always positive that we can get it controlled. I would recommend him to anyone.
UofU Patient February 26, 2013The care I received was exemplary. I am concerned that I did not receive a call about my blood tests. I was told I would receive a call on Mon. And it is now Tues.- no word.
