UofU Patient April 09, 2013Dr. Shelton will always take time to answer questions we may have and has even given us more time than is probably scheduled. The last visit I felt a little discouraged because my hearing seemed to me to have dropped significantly because I was not understanding or detecting words or sounds. But Dr. Shelton explained what was happening and why I was feeling the difference in my hearing even though the testing only showed a slight change. We learned what to look for in the future and felt understood.

Dr. Shelton was my last resort and came highly recommended within the medical community. I thank him for taking my case. He was efficient, knowledgable, kind and caring. I have recommended him as well as any physician in his practice to friends and family. Dr. Shelton and the University Medical Center rest equally with the others.

It was extremely informative and thorough, beginning with the audiologist and finishing up with the OR scheduling nurse. I have high regard for Dr Shelton and his expertise. His staff are amazing!

UofU Patient September 24, 2012Due to a rare connective tissue disorder that has caused me to see many doctors, I rarely have confidence in anyone I see. Having said the aforementioned, it was obvious he knew what he was doing and he put me at ease. I would recommend him in a second!

Considering I am a medical interpreter and have sen my share of doctors I can say I am extremely pleased with the care he provided. He is very kind and understanding. He loves to teach and he took every opportunity that was presented to teach his residents and interns. I am very impressed and although he has a closed practice I have recommended him to 2 people. Thank you University Health Care for having such wonderful providers.
