November 12, 2013

Dr. Shelton is wonderful.

November 11, 2013

TeeMarie Jorgensen administered the audio tests required to qualify for a hearing implant. She was kind and patient and interested that I know the advantages and disadvantages of any devices considered. Dr. Daniel Givens was concerned about a prior stroke and after review with various observations and tests, he advised me of collateral damage that prior doctors had neglected. Dr. Clough Shelton advised me of new technology in the works, including a prototype of a "buried" device, and after reflection I decided to delay my surgery in case that device becomes available within the next year. Fabulous people!

November 11, 2013

Hey, I really like Dr. Shelton

October 19, 2013

care providers at Utah University Medical were good.

October 14, 2013

Always the best!

October 07, 2013

The only thing that could have been improved on was it would've been a little less stressful for me had Dr. Shelton or one of his office staff called me first to let me know that I was being referred to a doctor at the Huntsman Center. I thought it must have been a mistake when Huntsman called me to inform me that I needed an appointment right away with an MD at Huntsman. I had already been told that my test results were normal. So it was more than surprising to me to receive a call from the Huntsman Center. Otherwise, everything about my appointment with Dr. Shelton and his office was a good experience.

October 07, 2013

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Shelton or his staff. My ear was infected and they were able to see me within 4 hours to provide treatment, even though they had to make time for me to come in.

September 30, 2013

Dr. Shelton and Dr. Chevalier were both extremely detailed in their examination of me and their questioning about my situation. They spent a lot of time answering my many questions, and their answers were easy to understand and very complete. Wonderful doctors!

September 26, 2013

good

September 02, 2013

Excellent medical care, as always.

August 12, 2013

I have actually recommended Dr Shelton to a number of individuals over the years. I have tremendous respect for him and his expertise and would never hesitate to refer him to others or continue to see him myself. Teemarie, audiologist, has been a wonderful support since my cochlear implant surgery. She is patient, and never makes me feel like an idiot =) when making programming changes...not an easy task for her I am sure.

August 04, 2013

Was a little concerned that the Doctor did not check the ear where the surgery was done. Although we had stated that we felt fine with the surgery and recovery.

April 09, 2013

Always a good experience with Dr. Shelton. Thanks.

April 09, 2013

Dr. Shelton will always take time to answer questions we may have and has even given us more time than is probably scheduled. The last visit I felt a little discouraged because my hearing seemed to me to have dropped significantly because I was not understanding or detecting words or sounds. But Dr. Shelton explained what was happening and why I was feeling the difference in my hearing even though the testing only showed a slight change. We learned what to look for in the future and felt understood.

April 01, 2013

Couldn't help me

November 26, 2012

Clough Shelton is a Star in the Galaxy. He is kind, polite, highly intelligent and qualified! I have never seen a better doctor! I have trusted him with my life twice and not been disappointed. He is just amazing!

November 21, 2012

In my opinion, you guys are off the chart on this page. If possible I would give a "10" for each of these questions. Everyone was patient, kind, and presented as truly caring. We left the facility feeling as tough we had a new group of friends.

November 12, 2012

I trust/appreciate my doctor for his expertise and care.

November 07, 2012

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shelton. Any time someone mentions they may need an ENT specialist, I'm right there to recommend him. He never makes me feel rushed, always listens to my questions and concerns, and treats me just like a friend.

October 17, 2012

We met with Dr. Jacob and Dr. Shelton. Dr. Shelton was great. we were glad that in the end Dr. Shelton was providing most of our services.

October 15, 2012

This visit felt a little rushed.

October 09, 2012

Dr Shelton is awesome! He knows what he's doing. He talks to the person that has the issue, even if they are children, as well as addressing any parental concerns. He makes you feel comfortable. We were told he was the very best at what he does and we believe it. We've already told other people about him.

October 08, 2012

Dr. Shelton, as well as his staff, couldn't have been more thorough and explanatory with my care. Dr. Shelton was my last resort and came highly recommended within the medical community. I thank him for taking my case. He was efficient, knowledgable, kind and caring. I have recommended him as well as any physician in his practice to friends and family. Dr. Shelton and the University Medical Center rest equally with the others.

October 02, 2012

This appointment was by far the longest I have had since being a patient of Dr Shelton's. It was extremely informative and thorough, beginning with the audiologist and finishing up with the OR scheduling nurse. I have high regard for Dr Shelton and his expertise. His staff are amazing!

September 26, 2012

I have recommended Doctor Shelton to a couple of people all ready.

September 25, 2012

Thank you so much for the wonderful care that I received.

September 24, 2012

Due to a rare connective tissue disorder that has caused me to see many doctors, I rarely have confidence in anyone I see. Having said the aforementioned, it was obvious he knew what he was doing and he put me at ease. I would recommend him in a second!

September 24, 2012

Dr Shelton and staff were very good

September 07, 2012

Everything was good. Dr. Shelton took as much time as needed to make sure that I had my questions answered and didn't seem rushed.

July 24, 2012

Dr. Shelton didn't spend much time listening to me and I felt I was dismissed as he hurried to the next patient. I asked how my hearing was he said fine but the test showed mild hearing loss. He wasn't very friendly and spent maybe 5 minutes talking with

July 23, 2012

It was a very pleasant experience.

June 20, 2012

I would & will recommend Dr. Shelton, Dr. Macdonald & their teams to everyone. They are so nice, knowledgable, & work together so cohesively. I was impressed.

June 18, 2012

This man is the most professional doctor I have ever seen. Considering I am a medical interpreter and have sen my share of doctors I can say I am extremely pleased with the care he provided. He is very kind and understanding. He loves to teach and he took every opportunity that was presented to teach his residents and interns. I am very impressed and although he has a closed practice I have recommended him to 2 people. Thank you University Health Care for having such wonderful providers.

June 11, 2012

Very professional!

April 25, 2012

This was the first time I've been in hospital since Oaknoll Naval Hospital in the early '60s. Yours is better; I didn't have to make-up my bed each morning. I appreciated that.
