June 19, 2014

She is always helpful.

June 18, 2014

I felt like both the fellow and MD both really listened to me and understood my frustration with my medical problem and care thusfar and my need for a long term care plan. Gave me a realistic plan to follow with very helpful printouts of my condition, additional meds that might help that I could order, etc.

June 07, 2014

Excellent

May 15, 2014

very pleased with all the service

May 11, 2014

Advice to keep saying "no" when urinary urgency occurs was of little value. Chronic diarrhea was addressed at any time.

May 06, 2014

They seemed to have the answers but only after asking questions so that could evaluate how I felt and how I was feeling and evaluating my concerns.

April 05, 2014

I am genuinely impressed by her. She did an excellent job.

March 31, 2014

Jan Baker made me feel like a naughty little girl. I walked out of her office in tears.

March 28, 2014

I was very much impressed with both her knowledge and the caring way in which she presented it. She seemed to recognize that I respond to humor and used it to both of our advantages.

March 07, 2014

I've already recommended Jan to a friend.

February 22, 2014

Jan is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. She addresses all my concerns.

February 17, 2014

Dr Jan is one awesome lady-she explains what is being done-if changes need to be made as they were this time as to pessary size -she takes care of it explaining what to expect/if any problems do occur. :)

February 05, 2014

I was expecting a brief first visit with a follow up apt to try solutions. Instead, Jan spent a significant amount of time teaching and actually trying to solve my problem on the first visit. She was professional, kind, empathetic, and full of great info.

January 24, 2014

She was very considerate. She explained everything she did.

December 16, 2013

good

December 14, 2013

Baker was excellent.

December 14, 2013

Again, Jan was courteous, kind, professional, informative.

December 11, 2013

good

December 06, 2013

I thought Jan was very knowledgeable and helpful.

October 24, 2013

1-treatment included how I could/would use treatment. 2-explained why this treatment was good. 3-explained desired results, possible results, alternatives if first treatment wasn't successful 4-How,what when, why was both verbal and written.

October 17, 2013

I always have excellent care in Jan Baker's office.

October 16, 2013

It wasn't explained to me at the time of the visit that there can be adverse side effects from the pessary device. I was surprised to find this out later. Also, device doesn't fit well, is uncomfortable and painful, so I gave up wearing it after a week. So, I kind of feel like this was a waste of time.

October 14, 2013

Jan took the time to work on getting the prescription done as soon as possible to the Express Script Pharmacy. She has a great smile and always a happy person, enjoy the treatment she is able to give in a very professional manner, for a delicate subject. Definitely recommend her to those who need that type of care.

September 25, 2013

Jan was great. the receptionist over the phone was not helpful though

September 23, 2013

Jan Baker is extremely professional and has an excellent rapport with patients

August 13, 2013

We have been struggling with treatment because of all of my allergies to antibiotics. Jan decided that I was beyond her expertise so made an apt. for me to see the urologist. I appreciated all she has done to help me and to recognize when it was beyond her knowledge base.

August 07, 2013

She was in a hurry. It is a very busy office. I have had this same problem for a long, long time and I think they are basically sick of dealing with it but they seem to be the best option in the valley.

August 04, 2013

She was friendly and reassuring.

July 22, 2013

I had a hard time getting her to answer my questions. It may just be that she sees much worse than me in the clinic on a daily basis and didn't feel the need to go through everything with me because I'll be more healed soon, but I have no idea because I really don't know much more about my condition from meeting with her. Most of the useful information I've obtained has had to be from looking things up online. She was not rude, but was so quick to get me out the door, she dismissed questions and sent me on my way. Prolapse is a pretty devastating condition to deal with when a person is first diagnosed, which is why it's great when care providers take the time to listen and advise clearly on prognosis and the healing timeline.

July 17, 2013

I was extremely impressed by all of the people who treated me.

June 11, 2013

Even though we now are back in Arizona, really like the care and concern Dr. Jan Baker gives, trying very hard to be able to come back to Utah to continue under her care.

April 24, 2013

good

April 08, 2013

I requested more advanced information about different treatment options and expected to receive more advanced information about the physiology of pelvic floor disorders. I indicated that I had a grasp of medical terminology, and I was frustrated at the simplistic or dismissive answers (e.g "I'm not a surgeon" in response to "What is surgical treatment for prolapse?"). The information I was finally able to get was not at a high enough level for my understanding. I wished I had done more research in peer-reviewed journals and medical information web sites instead of depending on this visit for information and education. I recommend that Ms. Baker work on meeting patients where they are with different levels of information.

April 01, 2013

It was a good experience overall I just wish we would've gone more in depth with making sure to discover all the problems of the area of my body discussed

March 17, 2013

no medications were discussed

March 15, 2013

Entirely good experience.

March 11, 2013

I feel my care provider is very helpful and knows what she is doing.

December 17, 2012

Great!!

December 14, 2012

She was good. She seemed on top of her game and I could be wrong, but I felt that she really didn't read through my chart before she came into the room. She was the 4th person I had seen for this problem and I felt like I was starting from the beginning, but maybe she did read the chart and just wanted me to repeat my story.

November 12, 2012

Jan was thorough, concerned, clearly an expert in her field. A positive refreshing change from many care providers
