She didn't try to look at my shoulder -- she just said, "I can't refill any prescriptions. You have to go to the primary for that." The feeling was that she didn't want to waste her time.

UofU Patient December 09, 2012I greatly appreciate Dr. Leiser's ability and skill in talking with me in ways that encourage me to follow her recommendations. When she first told me that I needed to take at least a week off from work to heal from my concussion I didn't see how I could possibly do this. However, by the end of my visit I was considering the possibility and actually took 1.5 weeks off.
UofU Patient November 20, 2012My visit was a very simple one - some of these particular questions do not really pertain to the simplicity of it - basically, I was there to get a shingles vaccine; having said that, my provider was excellent in all capacities.

Although this took longer than I had expected for the appointment, I appreciated taking care of all these needs at this time so that I didn't need to reschedule.
