Dr Hsu was very personable and efficient. She was sensitive and kind.

Dr Hsu is an amazing dr. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Suggestion: more information for the patient regarding self-care following surgery, especially for those who live out of town and cannot conveniently schedule a check-up. (What to expect, what is normal, what medications are recommended for specific symptoms, what can be used for comfort, what activities are allowed after surgery). I ended up in the ER, then back at my primary gynecologist for 2 more follow up visits, due to irregular bleeding and pain.

I have seen a few specialty doctors before meeting Dr. Hsu and I just wish that I could go back to the other drs. and just start with her and her only. She is someone that I trust and I know that she cares about me. I am very impressed with her and her knowledge of my problem. I would recommend her to all the women in my life that I care about!!

I am confident that this doctor will do a good job with the surgery coming up.

PROS: Dr. Hsu seems to be well trained and knowledgeable about her subject. She has a pleasant personality that would appeal more to younger women then senior ladies. CONS: If you want a doctor with a good bedside manner, Dr. Hsu is NOT the one. She must have skipped this class in med school. During both appointments, she delivered her information rapidly, giving you little time to mull over what she was saying, and expected you to take in all the info quickly. As with most physician specialists, she seemed to have a superior attitude about her knowledge and expertise.

I had researched Dr. Hsu and was real happy to have to the opportunity to meet her in person and have her be the doctor that I know can help me with my issues. She was on time, friendly, and very informative and thorough. She explained things to me so that I could understand. I was very pleased with the care that I received. I would recommend her to anyone!!

She did explain a few things quickly and it wasn't until later (after thinking through them) that I had some questions. She told me she was double booked that day and I think that made the visit more rushed.

Dr. Hsu told me that the surgery I had did not hold. I will have to have another surgery sometime in the future. It depends on me and how much my condition annoys me. I was discouraged by this, but I also know that she did a good job the first time. My body just did not respond the way we would have hoped.

As I said previously, Dr. Hsu was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time answering my and my husband's questions.

Dr. Hsu seems to care about my concerns and wants me to understand my options. That is really nice.

I prefer to address any concerns directly with the doctor I see in this clinic so that I am not misunderstood.

Dr. Hsu is always sincerely concerned about "ME", she answers all my questions in words that I can understand and never makes fun at the silly questions I may have. She is a wonderful Dr. and has always been fully concerned about my health and problems.

Did not really listen to what I was saying, am still not sure what I was told regarding residual pain was accurate.

Am sorry provider did not care about my problems in others words :" it was her way or no way" at my last phoine call received by her 10 minutes after leaving her office was very rude and unprofessional. will never refer no one to her or will I ever go back to see her.

The Dr. is very good but I would like some more information. Maybe a hand-out of what to expect during and after the surgery, recovery time etc. Where I could go to look up info. on a computer. I need to take a notepad with me so I remember all the info.

Problem was not solved. I paid to talk to her with no good outcome. Disappointed that no testing or other services were offered.

I'm from out of state so probably won't be a common thing to make the trip, but I would definitely recommend your services for someone needing care that is unavailable locally.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu.

Experience was all good

There was unintended damage to my bladder during surgery. While this is a possiblity that was discussed prior to surgery it was still of course disappointing.

Dr. Hsu is a kind, caring, and very competant physician. I feel very involved in my treatment and I am always given choices and listened to. I never feel rushed.
