Dr. Smith is my favorite eye doctor. Even though he does not accept I will return to see him as his level of care exceeds that of the other eye doctors I have seen.

UofU Patient May 20, 2013I went to Dr. Smith's father (J. Alvin Smith) for years in CA before he retired. I was so pleased to be able to come to his son (Dr.Craig Smith) when I moved to UT. He gives the same detailed and concerned care that his father gave.

I have recommended him to others. Even though my daughter has moved away, Dr. Smith is still her eye care provider. Think very highly of him and have great deal of confidence in him.

UofU Patient August 13, 2012Dr. Smith was the first Optometrist I've met with in my lifetime of renewing my contacts-lens prescription annually, that took the time to identify that I have an astigmatism in one of my eyes and that my existing prescription was insufficient. It instills a great deal of confidence to learn that your care provider is seeking ways to improve upon his skills and knowledge, rather than the 'made it' disposition. Dr. Smith also has a fantastic personality and great sense of humor. That was definitely the most I've ever laughed with an Optometrist! He has earned me as a customer for life :)
