UofU Patient May 06, 2013
it was nice being advised of the recommended procedure and being part of the decision of what further testing exam was done. i wasnt told this is whats recommended so this is what we are doing. i was given a choice which was nice
UofU Patient May 01, 2013Would have liked more time, but I figure I got at least my share.
UofU Patient April 30, 2013Dr. Henriksen was awesome. So happy to finally find a good doctor that I will continue to go back to.
UofU Patient April 23, 2013dr henriksen is very helpful, friendly, takes his time to make sure everything is reviewed from last appt, current issue, and future care plan. i never feel rushed at my appointments. I feel like nothing is over looked.
UofU Patient March 25, 2013My regular doctor couldn't schedule me in for weeks, so I was meeting Dr. Hendricksen for the first time. Nice guy.
UofU Patient March 18, 2013Dr. Henriksen is great!!!
UofU Patient February 05, 2013GREAT doctor
UofU Patient December 19, 2012I liked the tiered nature of the care (medical assistant, then medical student, then doctor plus medical student) and felt very well cared for.
UofU Patient December 10, 2012I have recommended him to many people. On this day, he provided generous oversight of a medical student.
UofU Patient December 04, 2012Dr. H. is the best. I would recommend him to anyone.
UofU Patient October 15, 2012Dr. Henriksen was so great with my son! He took his time through the appointment to get to know him and to make him feel at ease. My son actually had fun at this doctor's appointment, which was a first. When it came to follow up care, he asked "What do I do now?" to which Dr. Henriksen simply replied, "Just be awesome." My son talked about the appointment for the rest of the day and is already asking when he gets to see Dr. Henriksen again. I had to drive from Clearfield for this appointment at the Madsen Health Center and it was so worth it! Dr. Henriksen came highly recommended to me and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know. He is amazing! :)
UofU Patient October 08, 2012I was glad to have come in when I did. I really felt like they understood my questions and gave me all the possible things I should be looking out for.
UofU Patient September 14, 2012MD was fantastic. He spent more time with me than I expected and more time than any MD I have seen in years. I felt like he actually listened, which most primary care MDs seem too busy to do.
UofU Patient September 04, 2012I was surprised at how much time he spent talking with me. Usually they are in and out. Was very nice to not feel rushed. All of my questions/concerns were answered. Great physician. He is very good at communicating effectively with patients on their level.
UofU Patient September 03, 2012Dr. Henriksen was great. I have bounced around from doc to doc at Madsen and I definitely like him the best
UofU Patient September 03, 2012Dr Hendricksen was very interested in my situation and my overall health. We discussed options. He asked me what information I might benefit from and utilize, considering my mental conditions and ability to handle information on my own. He explained what I would be given and I was provided with all the additional information as well as end of visit information.
UofU Patient August 21, 2012I came in with what i thought was an embarrasing problem and the doctor was very nice and used humor to make me comfortable. He drew diagrams to explain what was going on. He spent time with me to explain the problem and what I need to do for it. I really like Dr. Henrikson and would go to him again.
UofU Patient August 13, 2012Excellent quality of care. I really appreciated receiving a print out of my note at the end of my visit.
UofU Patient July 24, 2012I recently changed doctors and I am very impressed with Dr. Hendrikson.
UofU Patient July 09, 2012Dr. Henriksen is brisk but that seems appropriate, given the need to see all pts in a timely manner. His focus on general health and prevention of disorder through nutrition, sleep, and attention to stress is admirable. I was relieved to find an MD wit
UofU Patient June 26, 2012Dr. Henriksen is the only doctor I've ever had who I don't dread seeing. He is a good listener and understands or tries to understand the emotional aspects that affect disease management.
UofU Patient May 05, 2012Dr. Henriksen spent a good amount of time getting to know my medical history, habits and provide excellent advice. My total experience was exceptional.
UofU Patient April 12, 2012It seemed odd for a practioner to "push" what could be classified as a "fad" diet: i.e. Paleo diet., as well as his personal website. While he stated that the diet had scientific data to back it up, so do hundreds of others. I have nothing against the diet, but I would rather be advised with tried and true medicine. That is just my opinion.
UofU Patient March 14, 2012Seemed in a hurry, and had a female U of U student with him during my exam which made me very uncomfortable. Had I know this or had a choice, I would have rescheduled or seen another doctor.
UofU Patient March 09, 2012I enjoy a doctor that knows how to mix professional and human life experiences during treatment....and still stay on the medical track. One of the best doctors that has treated me
UofU Patient February 03, 2012The physician was very friendly but was less than professional in certain comments regarding my body and was not very sensitive to how certain comments made could effect the the quality of care provided. Respect goes both ways, especially in a family practice patient to provider relationship.
UofU Patient February 01, 2012I wanted to make a change in Doctors and this was my first visit with Dr. Hendrickson. He was terrific! I was sad to find out he's leaving the South Jordan clinic. I'll have to choose some one else.
