Brenda Mussells, RD., CD is a renal dietitian at the University of Utah Dialysis Program. She has been with the University of Utah Dialysis Program since 2002.
Mussells received her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii-Manoa. She completed her internship and training from Saint Louis University . In the past, Mussells served as a dietitian with the University of Hawaii, American Healthways- Diabetes Connection Program and Aetna as a supervisor for the Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Program. She is currently a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, the Utah Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, the National Kidney Foundation, and the Council of Renal Nutrition.
