UofU Patient March 20, 2013I had one day that my PA was either having a bad day, or end of day....and she seemed very frustrated with me and that I was a pain. I wanted to change OB (PA), but I thought I would give her another chance, and I have had at least 3 visits after that, and she is just amazing very caring, patient, and understanding. It must have just been a bad day.
UofU Patient March 18, 2013Just wish that once it was discovered that the test showed no abnormalities, that I would have received a phone call instead of having to pay $50 co pay for 5 minutes with the doctor plus taking time from work to be told everything was fine. It was frustrating as it could have been handled over the phone instead.

We discussed my upcoming procedure, she was forthcoming with the discomfort involved which I always appreciate, I don't like surprises. She answered my questions, discussed my options. I was quite impressed after this first visit with her.
