Peter Yarbrough, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah Hospital. As an Internist and Hospitalist, his clinical interests include general internal medicine of the hospitalized patient, quality improvement, ethics, and Palliative Care.

Peter Yarbrough received his MD from the University of Cincinnati in 2005. He received training in medicine and from the University of Utah, completing his training in 2008. Dr. Yarbrough served as a Chief Medical Resident following his residency. He joined the University of Utah Division of General Internal Medicine in 2009 and currently serves as the Acute Internal Medicine A and Acute Internal Medicine B medical director as well as a member of the Palliative Care team and co-chair of the hospital ethics committee.
