Academic Bio

Dr. Pelegrin received his Baccalaureate of Science degree in psychology at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota in 2001, his medical degree at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, South Dakota in 2006, completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Utah in June of 2010 and a fellowship in perioperative echocardiography in 2011. He was appointed as an Instructor in the Department of Anesthesiology, University of Utah School of Medicine, in July 2010 and promoted to Assistant Professor in October 2011.
