Bio

Dr. Orgain has a broad scope of anesthesia practice ranging from outpatient sport and orthopedic surgeries to complex oncologic and burn surgeries performed for critically ill patients. His particular interests include ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, pain control in the surgical period, and advanced airway management techniques. Having been a patient himself at the University of Utah Hospital, he brings a particular awareness of being in both the patient and physician roles. He practices at the University Hospital, University Orthopedic Center, Huntsman Cancer Hospital, and the Salt Lake City Veterans Administration Health System.
