June 08, 2014

could not urinate after my exam, spoke with doctor, gave me a hot pack, did not solve problem, did not do an extensive exam to see what was causing my problem. Gave me a prescription for Flomax and told me to go to an emergency room or urgent care if problelm persisted.

May 29, 2014

dr. Brant seems very knowledgeable. he also explained the whole procedure to me, asked if I gad questions, and then started the procedure. as he was performing the procedure, he took time to again each step in the process as he was doing it. he said he would first inject stuff to help numb me up, then explained the rest of the procedure as he progressed. he also asked many time if I was ok, if I was alright, if there was a lot of pain, and if I had any questions. he was also good with ending the procedure and explaining what would happen after leaving as well as what I could expect over the next several days.

December 03, 2013

The doctor showed little concern for the pain I was experiencing. He instructed me to take prescription medication, but forgot to give me a prescription for the medication. After calling a nurse later that day I still did not receive the prescription, and still have not nearly a week after my appointment. I have left messages and have not received a reply. The appointment was essentially a waste of my time.

The University of Utah Hospital is doing something very right. I have visited a few of their clinics and the experience has been exceptionally good. This time in Urology was a very good experience.

March 10, 2012

I felt very frustrated with my doctor. After my surgery, he never talked to me. He talked to my family but not me. That frustrated me. I never received a call from the office staff after my surgery. I called the office with some concerns and asked to have the doctor call me. I never heard from him. I talked to one nurse who was helpful and a medical secretary who I felt minimized my concerns. I'm not sure I'll go to this clinic again.

February 02, 2012

Dr. Brant is a true professional.

January 18, 2012

Dr Brant is tops. Knowledgeable, careful, thorough, friendly.
