UofU Patient April 26, 2013The whole experience was very positive and she really helped in setting my fears to rest and easing my mind. It was especially helpful to be able to see the area that required treatment with the scope!

UofU Patient April 09, 2013This has been an issue I have put off for a long time. Even though its a simple runny nose, its been very bothersome to me for years. The PA was very knowledgeable and talked with me about many different treatment options.
UofU Patient April 05, 2013CHristine Packard was great. SHe listened to everything I had to say and gave me explanations about things that she could. She also told about the different options and how she thought it would be best for me to proceed over the next month or so.

UofU Patient April 01, 2013Christine Packard (PA) was excellent and answered all my questions. Great provider!
UofU Patient March 18, 2013Ms. Packard was very thorough and helpful in describing each step in the process. She does a great job.
UofU Patient March 12, 2013I felt that Ms. Packard didn't ask enough questions about my condition. It turns out that there was some information that would have been helpful to know, but which she didn't ask about. I didn't know to volunteer the information, because I didn't know it was relevant. I saw my regular doctor three days later, and she said there was no evidence of an ear infection, and that the prescription of Ciprofloxacin was unnecessary.
UofU Patient March 04, 2013Everything was very good.
UofU Patient March 04, 2013I felt that I was dismissed with no solution to my problem other than nose spray. I still have fullness in my left ear, left side of my throat and the only resolution was some relief in my left nostril.
UofU Patient February 25, 2013Can't say enough how much I appreciate the whole team and their efforts to address and care for me in an urgent situation.
UofU Patient February 08, 2013At first the information did not meet my needs, but once I started asking more complex questions, Christine started providing more information. She addressed my concerns and helped me feel comfortable with the POA.
UofU Patient February 05, 2013Christine was amazing. I felt like I left with a lot of information, insight, and that helped me feel comfortable.

UofU Patient January 21, 2013ALWAYS GREAT
UofU Patient December 31, 2012The physician assistant was very thorough, easy to talk to, listened to all of my questions, explored several different potential causes of my issues, offered several solutions and I felt that she really did care about the follow up appointment and treatment. I wasn't just another face in the clinic, I felt like she really did want to see me resolve my issue.
UofU Patient December 27, 2012Everything was explained well. I felt cared for, not rushed, and confident that my care was important to my care provider.
UofU Patient December 27, 2012I was seen for a chronic condition and have seen many different physicians and have never received such a thorough examination as I did with Christine Packard.
UofU Patient December 26, 2012Christine Packard is excellent and professional.
UofU Patient December 12, 2012Spent a lot of time with me and was personable. I am very impressed with my visit. I have a minor complaint however, the provider did not really go over the medications (risks, side effects, etc). I also had a more pressing concern - when I looked at my medical records later there were several things that did not happen that were in the notes. Perhaps the provider needs to take notes or dictate immediatly following the visit so that it is as accurate as possible. This concerns me greatly as that is now a part of my medical record history. They were not major enough for me to throw a fit but enough to want to see my records each time and to be concerned about my care for the future. I feel unable to discuss this issue with the provdier directly as I am concerned it will irritate and impact the quality of my care with the provider in the future.
UofU Patient November 12, 2012PA, Christine Packard shows genuine concern for her patients. The follow up was remarkable. I really felt like there was sincere interest in my getting well.
UofU Patient November 07, 2012Wonderful all the way around!
UofU Patient October 16, 2012She spent a great amount of time dealing with a difficult issue that was going on in my ear. I was very appreciative of it and liked her very much.
