Commuting can put strain on your spine and muscles, especially if you aren't sitting correctly. Here are some tips on how to avoid back pain:

Don't Sit on Your Wallet

Use the headrest and keep your neck straight. Don't strain forward.

Sit at the Right Distance

Your wrist crease should extend over the steering wheel when your arms are extended.

Sit Up

A little lumbar support, like a pillow or rolled up towel can keep your spine in the proper position.
