The Utah Diabetes Center opened its doors in October of 2001 as the only comprehensive diabetes care center in Utah and the Intermountain West. Thousands of patients with diabetes have received care and education for their disease at our Center.
In addition to state of the art diabetes management, the UDC offers comprehensive evaluation and management of the entire spectrum of disease involving endocrinology and metabolism.
Our Mission
To improve the quality of life for people with or affected by diabetes, and to reduce complications and suffering related to the disease by providing high quality care and equipping the patient with the latest self-management tools through education.
