He took time to look at my specific circumstances to come up with a plan to go forward. He answered all my questions honestly and didn't sugar coat the answers.

I don't really dig the fake sympathy, I just want the facts, so that was great. He obviously knows a whole heck of a lot about the subject, and even though I understood it, it was a bit fast.

I'm sure that I probably made him late for a meeting but he took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything in detail and make sure that I understood everything that he said. The visit with him was motivating.

I am a patient that wants any and all information. During my ultrasound the technician did not talk or explain anything and it felt as if she were afraid of my reactions to what was or was not being seen.
