Melissa Briley seemed very rushed when she finally showed up for my appointment. She did not take the time to explain what she was doing even though I was a new patient. I felt that she didn't really listen to some of my concerns and we didn't get around to discussing some problems. She only spent 10 minutes with me.

I may have made a mistake booking the appointment as a routine physical, then wanting to discuss various questions/ issues. I felt like she just wanted to hurry me up and out of the office.

UofU Patient November 14, 2012I was emotional and frustrated during my appointment due to an extremely bad pain day. I didn't feel hopeful about the treatment that the PA recommended, but it actually helped enormously, and completely restored my confidence in her abilities and concern for my wellbeing. I was actually a bit embarrassed when I realized that the new meds were in fact working, and I plan to keep seeing her.
