UofU Patient March 25, 2013The doctor was good, but I really don't feel comfortable with a technician doing the eye exam, and determining the prescription of new lenses. The physician did come in for about 5 minutes at the end and checked for eye diseases etc. which was good. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.
UofU Patient March 20, 2013Dr. Barlow solved the main problem I was having by having me try a lubricant for my eyes. Also, they didn't try to talk me into new glasses since I didn't need them. I really appreciated both recommendations. And will definitely come back to him for any further eye care.

They showed exemplary skill, professionalism and patience as they ran many tests over three visits to them, to get the optimal prescriptions for my everyday glasses and for computer glasses. Mine was a difficult case with inconsistent test results. I'm very impressed at their concern and their persistence to keep testing until we got the best prescription, which we did! Thank you thank you!
UofU Patient November 15, 2012Doctor didn't tell me what exactly was going on and just gave me an antibiotic without letting me know what it was for. I told him I'm pretty sure my tear duct is blocked up and he didn't do anything about it. I have no idea what an antibiotic would do for me. And I'm still experiencing the problem, and taking an antibiotic for nothing and will need to pay again to come in and be seen by another doctor.

UofU Patient October 24, 2012I brought my kid for an eye exam. I do not take my kid to an optometrist because I trust eye doctors better. Eye doctors I have seen in the past are the ones who make measurements for my kid new glassess. But this time the doctor just relied on what his assistant measured. Then why am I taking my kid to an eye doctor? it make no sense. I will not bring my kid to this care provider again.

I'm trying to stay positive and go by assurances it will get better but beginning to wonder if this is the 2nd surgery that did not go as planned. I sure hope not.
