Bio

Heather George, Physician Assistant (PA-C) joined Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as a provider in the Outpatient Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic at the University of Utah Hospital in October 2012. She works in collaboration with Dr. Steven Edgley to manage the many rehabilitation needs of persons recovering from stroke. This includes management of spasticity and musculoskeletal conditions resulting from stroke, with an emphasis in aiding patients to return to their highest level of function possible.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant she was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 13 years, spending most of her career in neurological rehabilitation.
