Tom is always great. He is always good about listening to my concerns and explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. I always recommend him to others who ask about my physician and have the proper insurance.

Dr. Tom Jones is the only reason I go to your clinic and have endured rude and horrible customer service at times there all because of him. I have been to a lot of different doctors, specialist everything for my spinal cord injury and have never felt the genuine concern I feel from Dr. Tom Jones.

I have become more and more impressed and comfortable with Tom Jones. He listens, he asks questions and he takes them time. I feel like he really takes my health and well being seriously. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

I hugely admire my PAC, and I feel that he and I have developed a very sympathetic and good relationship. My only regret is that, due to time constraints, he is able to focus on only one specific symptom per visit, and so I worry that we may not be treating the entire spectrum of symptoms I'm exhibiting.

Tom Jones is the BEST!! He treated me like he genuinely cared about me and my health. He checked on me regularly while I was getting fluids from an IV. He helped me walk down the hall and treated me with the best care I have ever received.

He was very good, and very professinal. Talked to me like a person and not just someone who was filling his office or room.

This was the first time with Dr. Thomas Jones, everything was great.

The Doctor could have looked in his throat or takin a throat swab and maybe had found out the real reason he was in the office instead of having to go to the primary hospital and finding out there.

Dr. Jones is by far my favorite Dr I have ever seen. Very concerned and listens to your questions. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Great visit

for the first time i have a Dr that cares

The doctor never really took time to tell me why my hands keep going to sleep at all differant times of the day what it was voided from he never gave me refills on my medications I haven't herd back about my labs I felt the doctor didn't really want to be there

I was given a phone number for the UofU hearing and balance center and told to see an ENT. I called in the parking lot before leaving. The number was for the IHC hearing and balance center and they had no ENT. I went back in to the clinic and after a long wait I was given the number for the UofU audiology at the South Jordan clinic. This all added about 45 minutes to my visit.

Professional treatment, well satisfied.

Dr. Tom Jones was very informative and empathy to my situation, very knowledgable about what is going around.

Keep Him Around. He Has Great People Personality, Friendly, Explains Things, Ask Questions, If Not Knowing an Answer, He is on the Internet Finding the Solution, And Answer!

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for a couple years. The care has always been good, however, the care that I received on this visit, with the emergency nature, was second to none. Dr. Jones spent a lot fo time with me and checked on me several times while I was there after he had treated me.

Took very good care of me. Diagnosed a problem that required an emergency room visit. Determined at ER that I had had a stroke.

Thomas Jones is an excellent care provider. I enjoy visits with him, and appreciate his straightforward approach to working with me. He is also very personable, and seems genuinely concerned with my health.

I had to see Dr. Jones because no other doctor's had opening that day. He is very inconsiderate and on one occasion he left home while I was waiting on results of a strep test.... On the 21st I waited for an hour if not longer and spent time with a student nurse (who was great) who was just passing time till Dr. Jones come in and then he comes in and spends 3 minutes saying I possibly have Kidney concerns and telling me when to follow up but took no time to explain what could be going on, what I am following up for or anything and would not take the time to even transfer my prescription he just told me to have my pharmacist call which led to me waiting additional time to get the prescriptions. He had no care in the world for my condition and no true appreciation of how long I was waiting that day...

care provider was friendly and and very supportive of my concerns about my illness, his student working with him was also very kind and helpful answering all my questions and helping me me feel comfortable.

I went in for one thing and he asked what else was bothering me and so that opened up the flood gates. He talked me out of a sugery.....well putting it off for a year and giving his way of thinging a well worth try. So I will. Dr Jones made me feel like a little sister and that he truely wanted what was best for me.

Thomas Jones was amazing. He took his time with me and my concerns, never made me feel uncomfortable about my problem. I was so impressed with my treatment.

Tom is great. He checked on me several times that day because I was still not feeling better. He was very concerned. He referred me to the ER because he was concerned that I needed further testing not available in the clinic. Tom really cares about his patients.

Tom Jones is an excellant provider. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and would not see anyone else unless absolutely necessary. Have never had a problem with him He takes time to make sure that everything is okey.
