they could have been more up front on the length of delay

April 16, 2016

Dr. McRae was fabulous. He explained everything he was doing and what would happen. He did a scope of my sinuses and explained everything while he did it. He was very careful to answer all questions and make sure I knew what to expect and what his conclusions were. He was EXCELLENT. I would definitely recommend him to others.

April 06, 2016

good experience .

April 06, 2016

has not followed up after CT scan, communications was with a nurse. NO telephone call with results from the scan, I had to make call. Still waiting for call from surgeon about this condition and what to do and when to do it

March 22, 2016

Dr. McRae was very kind and seemed very sincere.

February 13, 2016

eent dr was excellent and down to earth with me. I enjoyed his demeanor and honesty very much.

February 07, 2016

Dr. McRae always take the time to discuss every minor detail and frequently teaches me things about my issue - and I Have had this problem since I was young. He is so friend, likable and professional as well. It makes me very comfortable and I know my health is his first priority.

February 05, 2016

I wasn't taken seriously. Dr McRea is extremely intelligent. However, I feel like my symptoms weren't stimulating or interesting enough for him to care or feel he need or wanted to further my care. I had to press for explanations and almost beg for my own care. Although he has a great reputation, has a fantastic staff, I don't feel I'll be returning to him.

January 24, 2016

I was surprised that the physician did not do a more thorough exam of my mouth and throat.

January 13, 2016

Very informative and thorough. Already recommended to others.

January 07, 2016

Dr McRea genuinely cared. He was skilled, knowledgable, professional, friendly, and informative. What a asset to Utah health care to have him!

January 06, 2016

I was supposed to have the sides and the top of my nose repairs, but they only did the sides and didn't say anything to me or my mom about the top part and why it wasn't done.

December 08, 2015

Dr McCrae was great , He was very thorough . very cordial, relatable,& yes I would recommend him. I like that he wanted to start out easy going with this problem b4 going more evasive shall we shall, to try to fix this problem or at least make it better ...

November 22, 2015

excellant care by all I came in contact with.

November 21, 2015

Great bedside manner!

November 10, 2015

I got a simple, "Everything looks good" answer. Although things "look good" there must still be an issue or else I wouldn't have come in with the pain I have.

October 27, 2015

October 13, 2015

Doctor and nurse both had relaxed time talking about issues. Was clear they were not rushed to handle other patients.

October 11, 2015

He was very sincere and treated me with respect. Very careful to explain everything.

September 14, 2015

I made this appointment because my condition had not improved. I felt that I got little if any benefit from this appointment.

August 15, 2015

Dr. Mc Rae has an outstanding "bedside manner". He sets a tone that puts the patient at ease. Good job!

August 09, 2015

Very good

July 23, 2015

Explained everything well

July 14, 2015

once I got to the providers they were very good to me.

May 31, 2015

This doctor has no concern with what happens to me post-surgery. He makes his money either way with no regard to the damage that he has caused. I regret having surgery with this hospital, as the problem is worse after surgery.

May 19, 2015

He is a very good doctor. And I made sure he new it I told both of them how good they were. Not a lot of doctor's make the time to show they care.

May 04, 2015

Dr. McCrae was wonderful! He showed me the attention that previous care providers did not and helped me feel so much more comfortable about what I was going through!

May 02, 2015

excellent Dr.

April 25, 2015

He looked like he just got out of 7th grade, but he gave good care and tried to express the thought that I would get better in time.

March 29, 2015

Very, very positive experience. Doctor listened to my experience, asked questions then discussed his evaluation and diagnoses. Did not give me the information I hoped for but gave the information I needed to hear. After this experience I have developed a high level of trust in Dr. McRae and will no doubt follow up with for him future treatments. Dr. McRae took more time than I expected. Was most thorough in his examination. The over all treatment I received was the most professional and caring treatment I have ever experienced in my 72 years of age. Everyone I came in contact with gave the impression of genuine concern about my well being. Most impressive and very appreciated.

March 05, 2015

I was very impressed with the time Dr. McRae spent with me to explain the course of action and what I should do.

February 24, 2015

I have already recommended Dr. McRae to a friend and will do so again.

February 03, 2015

January 30, 2015

Spent a lot of time going over my problems. Very pleased with the care I received.

January 28, 2015

On my first visit I was prescribed a nasal spray that I felt was a bit pricey for my circumstances. I spoke with Dr. McRae about this and he was very helpful in changing my prescription to something I could afford. He didn't get upset with my request and seemed eager to get a medication that could work for me. This was greatly appreciated.

January 20, 2015

I have no complaints. My care was topnotch.

January 20, 2015

I have had full confidence in my doctor and the care provided. He was friendly and courteous and showed concern from my questions. He was careful to make sure I understood procedures.

November 14, 2014

Dr. needed to look at my medical records overall before consulting with me.

November 03, 2014

Best first experience I have ever had with a Dr.
