Dr. Pohl is professional and answers any questions I have. I think she is a great health care provider.

Dr. Pohl was very nice and seemed to really care about helping me. She spent time asking me questions and explaining treatment options and never seemed rushed. I will definitely continue to see her and would recommend her to anyone.

I really like how Dr. Pohl discussed and wrote out her differential diagnosis.

Dr. Pohl was very straight forward, which I appreciated and asked for my feelings about treatment, ie medication vs diet for controlling the issues I came in for.

Dr Pohl is an excellent listener. She was seeing me for trauma as a result of an automobile accident. I felt that she heard me and answered all questions that I had. I never felt rushed.

Dr. Pohl is by far the best physician I have encountered in the University system. She is caring, informed, and constantly searching for better ways to address my health care needs. She listens carefully, and responds appropriately. She is thorough. Outcomes are better from following her advice than from any previous physician consulted. Please clone her!

I don't have any health issues, I came in for an annual. But I would imagine that the same care I received at this visit, would be the same level of care if I was sick or had a medical issue, just in the manner and approach Dr Pohl had. I have alreadt recommended her to my husband.

Dr. Pohl is the best, this is the first time ever she was a little late, she was with an emergency patient, and explained this to me with her apology.

I encountered Dr. Pohl, she was wonderful - excellent communicator, good information, overall I enjoyed her service and would continue to see her in the future. She was very efficient but did not make me feel rushed. I was just in for a basic check up so I didn't really have a problem I needed her to address though I would feel comfortable with her style/communication.

The care provider could not answer my questions about the flu shot and did not offer to look them up or ask anyone else.

I've had a lot of experience with medications and treatments. I just wanted her to listen to that instead of repeating treatments that I already have not had success with.

Dr. Pohl worked with me on getting all my prescriptions syncronized so I could make appointments on a regular schedule rather than every time a prescription ran out.

I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician. Dr. Pohl has a very effective method of care. She listens to me, asks questions, and then reflects what she hears for verification from me. Then she discusses her thoughts, asks if I have questions, formulates a plan and then reviews everything. Aside from being very personable, she is EFFECTIVE. She is genuine, funny, and respectful. And, furthermore, she clearly works hard to consider the 'big picture' rather than just treating the symptoms.

Dr. Pohl is simply superb.

Same as with our nurse dr. P. went above and beyond, she was straight forward great with tatum and followed up with me on Monday to ensure tatum was getting better. Wow, what a wonderful experience. Going to the doctor is no dun with kids but the nurse and doctor were amazing.... Wow.

My provider was unapologetic for being 30 minutes late to our appointment. I felt that my provider was in a rush to complete my exam and offered no explanation for my rash. I don't feel heard by my provider and I continue to have concerns that are not being addressed. I intend to switch providers as I would like more thorough care.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Pohl. Up unto this point I did not have a general care practitioner in the state of Utah, but after my experience with Dr. Pohl, I intend to use her as my general care practitioner. I was very pleased with the way she listened to my problems, respected the education level that I have and adjusted her approach based on my general knowledge, and addressed the issues I am facing with genuine concern for helping me. I was very excited by the way she approached my situation by assessing my problem in a way that avoided treating my symptoms and focused on finding the cause of my problem so that I can lead a normal life. Susan Pohl is an excellent physician.

I am very, very impressed with Dr. Pohl. She seems to know just as much about thyroid disorders as an endocrinologist! And the time she spent with me showed that she is very concerned with her patients! She's an amazing doctor!

Overall I like my provider and plan to keep seeing her in the future. However, I do wish she offered more of an explaination regarding my condition

It is interesting that Dr. Pohl doesn't review my record ahead of time. I had to remind her of my history and the tests we ran last year. But she addressed everything I brought up and I do have a lot of confidence in her.

Dr. Pohl always seems to be late, but I know when she is attending to me finally that I will not feel rushed, which is fabulous!

Dr. Susan Pohl is excellent

Having the MA do the computer part was great. My Dr could listen more attentively to me, and the conversations was faster. I felt taken care of.

Dr. Pohl is usually behind schedule, but I know that when my turn comes, she will spend as much time as needed to help me, which is a relief. Thus, it is slow sometimes waiting for her but then I don't feel rushed either.

Dr. Pohl has always been a great doctor to see. I feel that she does take great care of my medical needs.

As usual Dr. Pohl explained all my options and allowed me to choose how I wanted to proceed.

This was my first experience w/ Dr. Pohl. She was outstanding. She was very considerate, took her time listening to my story and was very thorough with her interview. She gave me the choice between conservative vs. medical management which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family, in fact, I already have!

Dr. Pohl is very informative and offers very good suggestions. She is not pushy and does not say what I need to do, instead offers many suggestions and different ways to do things.
