After 6 years of misdiagnoses, I was referred to the Neurology Clinic at the U of U. I initially saw Dr. J Allred. Who was also amazing. She felt my symptoms would best be served by referring me to a Neuroimmunologist, Dr.Stacey Clardy. All of my experiences continued to be a help and comfort to me, to finally understand what was going on with my body. What can I say to express my gratitude for the excellence of my experience with your wonderful staff.

RE: #8 Dr. Clardy was very patient with me and my complicated health issues. This was my first visit with her, and she didn't rush me when my "appointment time" was over. She wrapped up the appointment by making a follow-up for me after the lab tests were run. Dr. Clardy then followed up with the Lab twice to ensure the correct tests were ordered. I was very impressed with her care and concern.

Dr Clardy was wonderful; she took a lot of time to ask me questions and to listen carefully; she talked to me rather than constantly looking into the computer - which so many doctors do in this age of technology. I felt like she had read about my history before my arrival so she could concentrate on listening. I am so happy to now have her as a specialist I can see again.

Most productive doctor visit I have had in years. Obviously very knowledgeable and educated. Appreciated her kindness and willingness to listen. Her different insight into things of a genetic nature was fascinating. Her medical student was excellent as well. She did say she would get back to me on what lab work I should have done but I have not heard anything yet.

Both my son and I were impressed with Dr. Clardy. She was extremely knowledgeable about my son's condition (ADEM). She showed genuine concern for him and took her time examining him and explaining his current condition as well as his future prognosis. She took time to go over his MRIs with us and explain what she was seeing. I appreciated that she did not dismiss any of my concerns but instead took the time to address each of them. This has been a scary time for our family and we are grateful that our son can continue his care with Dr. Clardy.
