He was very thorough. He talked pretty fast, but he answered my questions and we feel like we know what to expect with the surgery.

poor bedside manner, felt he was talking 'down' to me. I'm an educated woman who has done quite a bit of research and felt he treated me as though I barely understood my own reproductive system.

Dr Dodson seemed a bit annoyed when I asked him to explain what happened during the surgical proceedure, prior to the surgery he gave a very clear explanation of scenarios, my sons did not give the same story of the results....... so I wanted the doc to clarify

Dr. Dodson was very direct with the possible cancer diagnosis. He seems very confident which I appreciate. He drew a diagram that helped me understand. He could have slowed down a little with his presentation and ask me for feedback. Otherwise, I feel confident having him to do my surgery.

I felt that he was very rushed. I am sure that he was really busy but I felt that he didn't have time to see if I had questions. He is very good and I would recommend him to others.

Any woman is fortunate if Dr. Mark K. Dodson and his staff are part of their cancer treatment journey. I would highly recommend this entire group to anyone dealing with gynecologic related cancers. Dr. Dodson has extreme patience and a great sense of humor or tolerance for me and my whackiness.

I have confidence in Dr. Dodson's knowledge and expertise, but I feel that he needs to improve in his "bedside manners." During the exam, I was interrupted when I spoke, and there was very little eye contact while he took notes. I felt that he challenged my opinions and decisions. He was abrupt and seemed to be in a great hurry.

The long wait to see the doctor was because he was talking to someone with a critical problem and needed to spend the time with them. We appreciated the time he spent with us, so we were willing to understand the time he also gave others.

I trust and respect Dr. Dodson very much and refer others when I have the opportunity.

Doctor was very business like. Need's to loosen up a little. A patient, like mayself, are very nervous. Sometimes when the doctor is business like, you think there is more wrong with you than you think.

I have complete faith in Dr. Dodson's abilities and knowledge. I also appreciate that I can ask questions related to my care that are very personal without feeling overly self conscious.
