I adore Susan and am almost disappointed I don't need to come back for a year.

The conversation about the meds was frank and informative as we discussed what was going on and what my options were.

Dr. Brennan took the time to tell me what he was doing and explaining any issues I may run across from this procedure. he was great!

It is impossible to have a bad experience with Susan Baggaley. She has given me a new lease on life and the only problem I now have, is that I anticipate and expect the same from any physician only to be quickly disappointed. My expectations are now much higher because of the excellence of Susan's treatment of her patients.

Not as caring as she used to be. Tried talking to her about paper work I need her to feel out and she was very cold I know I have more health problems but my migaines are almost every day. I can Not work with my head aces the way they are.

Susan Baggley also treated my headaches 5 years ago when I was last in Utah. Her knowledge on the topic is considerable and she does take a comprehensive approach that I appreciate. Another headache specialist pulled out a card with a list of medications and told me I could try any of them. Since I have medical experience he assumed that I knew what was best. My headaches have been difficult to manage and are related to other issues, I have also had very serious adverse medication events. Susan did spend time reviewing prior experiences, my current needs, and concerns. I appreciate that she made recommendations and took time to explain her plan and reasoning.

Susan is always concerned about what is going on in my life and how I am feeling. She goes over everything completely and makes sure I have no questions and that I understand everything we have gone over.

Susan Baggalay is one in a million. If every provider I ever had was like her I would be happy forever. She is brilliant, funny, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is respectful. I adore her. (And I am not her mother.) I am so lucky to have found a medical person who understands migraine and other issues I have that relate to my health. I feel totally trusting of whatever she recommends. She follows through with contacting my other care providers and does not treat my headaches in a vacuum, but uses all the medical information about me to provide wrap around services. About a year ago I had a serious liver infection, and her timely response to the specialist on my case helped him respond to the medical problem I was having.

Susan is an awesome healthcare provider. I recommend her whenever I get a chance because the care she provides is simply exceptional.

Susan Baggaley is awesome. She is so good at what she does and is so knowledgeable. She has basically saved my life with migraine headaches.

Susan is excellent - a master in her field. I have been to many medical professionals trying to find relief from my pain. Susan let me know there were many treatment options available that I have not yet tried. I especially liked her straight forward way of communicating with me and her ability to relate to me. I left the clinic feeling less despairing about my condition and amazed at the level of care I received.

I have recently had a very large blood clot and went to the ER at Mckay Dee. I was released without understanding about the clot. Susan went through the whole thing, explain the blood clot and all that entails and how the blood clot effects my migraine and how we would work with the two. I appreciate Susan so much and trust her with taking care of me. She is a very loving and kind person. My only wish is that I could see her for all my heathcare needs.

I have been very satisfied with all of my clinic visits. However, I do not always receive very prompt follow-up from other means of communicating with clinician--calling in prescriptions, emails, etc.--which is a strong source of frustration to me, particularly as this is becoming a consistent pattern.

Susan is awesome! The ONLY complaint I would have is that she sometimes forgets to call when she says she will - for example, she says she will call with results of a blood test in a day or two and then she doesn't. This time she told me what to do in case she forgot to call, so I consider that an improvement:)
