Should have come here three years ago for my back issue. Awesome recommendations and care given.

October 17, 2014

With Doctor, Fellow, Med student all in the room with me, I wasn't always sure who was talking to whom, and what information was for me. It seemed like I was suppose to know what I wanted to have done - but I wasn't sure what the results from my MRI really meant and what options were reasonable.

October 03, 2014

July 07, 2014

You can't find a better doctor. Dr. Kendall is great!

July 01, 2014

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I felt that he wasn't concerned about my condition and did not provide me with any information or reasonable solution to my situation. I thought he was condescending, curt, terrible bed-side manner. I left feeling worse than ever and even got to my car and started crying because I received no help or answers to my pain/condition. It was a waste of my time and my money. I will not come back to your clinic and I will NOT recommend you to anyone else.

July 01, 2014

I really appreciate the input from both doctor and physical therapist. I think both having access to a patient's file is an excellent program.

June 25, 2014

Dr Kendall is an exceptional provider and listens to every word. He takes time to comment on what he hears and his responses are genuinely aimed at your needs, never a generic response.

February 15, 2014

Dr. Richard Kendall discovered on a MRI scout scan something all other doctors that I had seen had missed. I will be eternally grateful as his concern led to a cervical MRI and a major surgical correction that could have been a significant problem for me in the future.

December 13, 2013

I was very impressed with the amount of time the doctor and a resident who was working with him spent with me. I felt they were very interested in finding the cause of my problem and were thorough in their examination and their consideration of the records and images I had brought with me.

December 07, 2013

The only thing that I thought was not brought to a conclusion was medication. The care providers each asked me about medications, talked about several possibilities, but never concluded with what I should do. I also forgot to ask at the end of the appointment. I'm still not sure if they had ideas or alternatives that they thought I could try for pain management.

December 06, 2013

I enjoy the fact that Dr. Kendall is usually on time with his appointments, even with seeing so many patients. I also feel he addresses all of my questions and needs, and seems to understand my difficulties and hurdles in life to to my injury. Awesome doctor!

August 19, 2013

I appreciated the thorough explanation of the problems with my neck and being shown the x-ray and MRI images.

August 10, 2013

I have seen several providers at this clinic. ALL have been extremely caring during my care and have great "bedside manner"! As I have other critical health issues each provider have been aware and very attentive not only for the services they are providing dealing with my orthopedic problems but, have been interested in my overall health issues.

August 05, 2013

Dr Kendall called me on Thursday prior to my appt. He seemed genuinely concerned and was able to get me in on Friday. Once he got involved it seemed to help me get through the process.

June 12, 2013

Zabell and Kendall MDs were both very professional, friendly.

April 25, 2013

They did everything they could to accommodate me out side of their regular schedule i am an have always been grateful for Dr Kendall and when given the opportunity I have recommended others to Him

April 17, 2013

Best experience I've ever had with a physician. I've had 10+ broken bones, loads of torn ligaments and hamstring tears/pulls. He was knowledgeable and confident in regards to every question I had.

February 27, 2013

I would recommend my care provider at the U of U to anyone,im excited to see them again in Southeast Utah in 3 months to see how things have progressed with my treatment.

February 11, 2013

DR Kendal was awesome, he was prome, friendly and did not have an attitude like some of the other Ortho Drs. He check what meds I was on before prescribing anything me, which no other DR has ever done and knew about interactions. I would highly recommend him.

February 04, 2013

After my testing was done, all I was told was the information would go to Dr. Burke. So I really don't know if I'm going to hear from him or what???

November 20, 2012

Dr. Kendall always exlains and informs me very well....

November 19, 2012

Dr Kendall beats Dr Hansen by miles. lol/sorry.

October 22, 2012

appreciate the help

October 16, 2012

I have some background in medical terminology. It is good that they did not talk to me as if I was totally ignorant of things. I understand that the med-speak may need to be simplified for many but I also appreciate it when it is not presented that way to me.

October 08, 2012

the care that is provided me is the best.... I have referred Dr Kendall to friends and family

October 01, 2012

It was obvious Dr. Kendall was very well prepared to meet with me concerning my complicated problem with existing polio issues and now chemotherapy. I sincerely appreciate all the good information he gave me and the recommendations he made to help me manage during this time.

September 11, 2012

very good experience

August 08, 2012

July 30, 2012

The Dr. has always been a good experiance.I am confident in his help with my well-being.

July 26, 2012

I sm a great fan of Dr. Kendall! It is an honor to be his patient.

June 15, 2012

Last time I saw Dr Kendall I was in tears about my back/neck pain and felt very hopeless. This visit I was happy and hopeful that I could live a mostly pain-free life thanks to Dr Kendall.

June 05, 2012

Was probably the most informative appointment I have ever had regarding my back. My copay is $50 and it was probably the best $50 I have spent in a long time in a dr visit. I left with a great understanding of what was going on and how to move forward. They were also very friendly and nice

June 05, 2012

Dr. Kendall looked at the MRI with me, showed me all the details and explained what I was looking at, and then explained about physical therapy rather than spinal injections.

May 09, 2012

Dr. Kendall was caring, concerned, and gave me the attention I needed.

April 21, 2012

I have recomended several people to Dr Kendall over the years. I trust Dr Kendall

February 17, 2012

Dr.Kendall is a very good doctor and has seen me for a couple years. He understands where I'm coming from, but the only problem is his outlook is that I can do anything and nothing at the same time. Meaning he is very optimistic about my abilities, but very cautious about what I should be doing.

February 17, 2012

I have complete confidence in all of the Doctors who have and are treating me at the Medical Center.

January 14, 2012

I have been to several doctors about my pain, including another doctor there and MOST doctors just stick a needle in your hip and send you on y your way. It is very impersonal. They do not want to figure out what is actually going on. Dr kendall spent a lot of time with me discussing possible problems, problems that no one had addressed in 6 years. He has restored my faith in doctors.

January 14, 2012

The physician kept looking at his watch the entire visit. We felt like we were rushed with the appointment and decisions. I don't feel like all of our questions were answered or our concerns addressed adequately. We drove over 3 hours for the appointment and can not easily return for other questions or concerns so it was important to us to get definite answers while we were there.

January 11, 2012

He talked too fast. He used medical terms that most laymen would not be familar with, when I asked to explain, he talked too fast again! Frustrating!

January 05, 2012

Doctor Kendall is very learned and experienced in what he does. It's great working with him.
