I have always been met by a staff member. They have taken their time to ask me if I need help in finding where I need to be. On my first visit that was extremely helpful. Since then I have always been met by a staff member asking if I need help. Great comfort and time savings. It has been a great experience coming to the University of Utah medical clinic.

UofU Patient November 12, 2012I believe that the aftercare was not intentionally forgotten. We had gotten off topic and it slipped everyone's mind. However, I did call to find out the following day and waited for a return call, with none forthcoming. I had to call back a second time, and at that point after a several hours had passed, I had to get to work, and left home without cleaning the wound properly.
