Dr. Greenberg is very approachable, nice, and has a great sense of humor. She authentically wants to help, making her medical decisions not only upon the narrow medical situation of the patient, but holistically, keeping in her professional focus the health related specifics of the patient's life style, habits, and character's traits. I felt like she was truly concerned with my state mind. Having just lost my daughter. I feel she did an excellent job, I'm not sure why but the virtual visit won't Pic up my camera. Other than that the overall experience was pretty good .

She's a very caring individual to look over my chart and see the things that I'm having complications for she always try to explain to me everything to me in detail and I appreciate that sometimes you guys have big words that I don't understand so it helps when you guys explain it to me thank you.

The only reason I continue to come to the U is because I like my doctor and I am quite healthy. Otherwise I would have to change because it is so hard to get an appointment and I can never have a quick return time. Everything is like 3 months out or you are encouraged to go to an instacare facility. It is ridiculous that you can never be accommodated no matter how sick you are. My daughter has had the same problem. She left the U network and has found a doctor that can see her the same week if the need arises. He has put patient care above all else. When I talked to my doctor about this she got snappy and said she had so many patients this was the way it was done. Yes I really like my doctor but I only have to see her once or twice a year but if I got sick I would have to look elsewhere for a network of doctors that could take care of me on a regular basis not every 3 months or so.
