Dr. Junkins is great!

September 05, 2014

Dr. Junkins is a phenomenal provider and my experience is always a positive and productive one. The system, however, is broken. With the number of patients the University demands be seen at the clinic, no provider can possibly spend enough time with an individual patient! Dr. Junkins, nevertheless, provides excellent care in the time allowed him.

September 01, 2014

The waiting time was excessive.

July 22, 2014

The doctor(s) and PT were all very helpful. They showed sincere concern to help me resolve my foot pain and get me walking again.

June 25, 2014

yes I would recommend it

June 22, 2014

This appointment went much better than the last appointment I had. I actually feel like I was listened to this time and a plan for my care going forward is taking shape.

June 09, 2014

I love that we are a team working together to get this disease and pain under control. Thank you for allowing me to be part of the decision making. I appreciate you listening when I have concerns or have found different/new ways of coping with the pain.

June 07, 2014

superb in every way, shape, and form.

May 27, 2014

knowledge, bedside manner, and friendliness where all top notch.

May 19, 2014

I was seen by a Physician, a PT, a student and someone else in a very small room. I had no idea I would be asked to disrobe and feel that there was little concern about my being covered. Very setting!! and I was not pleased.

May 06, 2014

I am completely satisfied with the care that I receive from Dr. Junkins.

April 28, 2014

I am not quite sure what decisions have been made, or any changes in medication or any follow up plans.

April 21, 2014

This appointment was a complete waste of my time. My concerns were just swept aside. All he had to offer was another psychoactive drug when a big concern I had this appointment was difficulty getting off the one I'm on. He wouldn't even address another possibility that I brought up other than to tell me ask my primary care doctor.

April 01, 2014

Amount of quality time spent and patience in listening to me was extraordinary!

March 01, 2014

Dr. Junkins was excellent and spent enough time with me to answer all the questions and address concerns I had.

February 26, 2014

Better than any where I have been.

February 16, 2014

Dr. Junkins is good. The problem is the inordinate amount of time spent waiting. These delays are unacceptable as my time is worth something as well. Common courtesy in being on time would be much appreciated.

February 07, 2014

Very impressed with the care of this team. After many different doctors I think I finally found one that can help me.

February 06, 2014

Someone needs to convince Dr. Joyal to stay with the pain clinic. He's AMAZING and so is Dr. Junkins who treats you like his own family and is always so nice and takes a lot of time to explain questions and concerns

January 26, 2014

Good Experience. I am completely satisfied that I shall get good treatment

January 26, 2014

Dr. Junkins is always so happy and so caring

January 13, 2014

I have a wonderful working relationship with Dr. Junkins. We work together as a team to decide the best care for me and for the disease I have. It is great to be part of the solution and be listened to.

December 28, 2013

When I arrive I have been fasting which is difficult for me because of my medications and condition. I asked if they could use a numbing agent before the IV was given but it was not used or even considered. I was not told why I needed an IV in the first place and I was frustrated that they could not get it into the vein. This doctor did not help explain what was going on and I lost confidence in his ability.

December 28, 2013

During procedure the two doctors were talking shop. Very little interaction between them and me. I know they are busy but the pt. needs to be the focus. Even if there is some general talking. ie the weather the holiday something other than what how they want to do research. Which is important too. But on their break or outside the room.

December 24, 2013

The Pain Clinic Team that I worked with were all great and it was a very good experience.

November 11, 2013

Dr Junkin's is the bomb!

November 11, 2013

both dr. that I saw spent more time with me than there are numbers for on your survey. they explained everything to me, giving me options for treatment. I was very impressed with both of them and will see them again.

October 24, 2013

Dr. Joyall was really super nice! and as always Dr. Junkins is the most amazing man and spends such good time with you even though he has other patients!

October 01, 2013

Dr Junkins and Dr Becker are fantastic! They could see there was a problem and were very concerned and made arrangements for a treatment that wasn't scheduled. It was late in the day on Friday and they were more than willing to stay late to help. Verymappreciated

September 23, 2013

I am very pleased overall with my experiences at the pain clinic. everyone works together to come up with solutions to help me manage and treat my pain. I am especially pleased with my physical therapist. she is not only very knowledgable, but has extreme compassion for my emotional well being.

September 09, 2013

unfortunately the doc was in the middle of procedures when the front desk staff scheduled my appointment so I didn't get to ask him the questions I wanted to and the resident didn't quite answer the questions I asked

August 13, 2013

I was a bit frustrated as I felt like Dr. Junkins was focused more on my range of motion than pain.

July 02, 2013

Dr. Junkins is the bomb....what can I say? :)

June 04, 2013

Dr Junkins has become one of my favorites doctors to work with. He is kind and patient. He has great energy to be around and is very respectful of what I am feeling as a patient.

June 04, 2013

would have liked to had the written information before had about my procedure that was given to me after the fact. I really felt that this would have been so helpful in my anxiety that I had. The information was on the other side of the paper that I was given after the procedure of a spinal injection.

May 01, 2013

I appreciate knowing that we are working together as a team for the best care for me personally. Dr. Junkins is fantastic and I appreciate his kindness and gentle manner. I feel complete confidence in his care. I appreciate being part of the solution and the honesty in which I am treated.

March 29, 2013

The only difficulty I experienced during my last lidocaine infusion visit was that Dr. Junkins wanted me to return in five weeks; however, I do not think he was aware he would not be in the office that week. When I went to the front desk to schedule my next infusion appointment, I was told Dr. Junkins would be on leave in five weeks and was only given appointment dates in six weeks. Once again, the only appointment times offered were midday on a Tuesday and Friday.

March 12, 2013

Not accustomed to such great communication from the provider. I felt that had more than adiquate time to address ALL of my quesitons.

February 24, 2013

Dr Junkins and Dr Winter are both some of my very favorite doctors. I have many doctors in my life.

February 08, 2013

Dr. Junkins has tried to alleviate problems adding to my stress. He is a very caring physician and I feel we are making progress.

January 21, 2013

Dr. Junkins is one of the good guys - he and Dr. Lindt are so good to work with.

January 01, 2013

Dr. Junkins, Dr. Etringer, Lynn (my team), and Chris were all so helpful and empathic as I struggled with a difficult situation which seems to exacerbate my pain level greatly. They helped me stay calmer and offered a helping hand that was 'sorely' needed. Lynn worked with both my leg and shoulder pain; the positive difference with my shoulder this week was very surprising.

December 18, 2012

Things are much improved. They have shown concern for my concerns and have really tried to meet the needs that have been expressed.

December 18, 2012

Dr. Scott Junkins is the best physician. He is always listening to any concerns, and I always leave feeling I have had all of my concerns addressed.

December 13, 2012

With Drs Pittman and Junkins, I wish there was a higher value than Very Good. These doctors are very caring, very attentive and seem genuinely concerned with your well-being.

December 10, 2012

I'm at a point that my pain medications are occasionally not good enough for my pain and I am having breakthrough pain. I voiced my concerns but didn't get any real answers.

December 10, 2012

I received excellent care during my lidocaine infusion and the nurse also explained things to my husband in a way he could understand what was occurring.

December 10, 2012

My provider is excellent and actually spends additional time with me due to the complicated nature of my condition.

November 16, 2012

Dr. Junkins is just the best. He is kind, attentive, thoughtful, informative, and patient. I am so fortunate to be in his care!

July 16, 2012

All the providers at the pain clinic are amazing!! They have been there for me whenever I need. I have a disease called RSD. There is no cure, but some treatments to put you into remission hopefully. Respectively I have waited for years to try a treatm

June 25, 2012

Thanks Dr. Junkins. You really helped me out with a ton of questions I had about my pain control and helping me to understand what I can do about my upcoming surgeries pain control wise!

May 01, 2012

I don't really have a treatment plan yet so I'm not sure about my answer.
