Dr. Hagan continues to work with me to explore every way to help me have the best quality of life.

July 03, 2014

experience with all the Doctors when fine.

July 01, 2014

I have been with this caregiver for many years very happy with them always have been always will be and would recommend them

June 23, 2014

They really didn't spend much time with me. It seemed rather rushed and impersonal.

My initial visit at the Pain Clinic was terrible!!! Included in the very small exam room were the MD, the Resident, a PT and a Med Student whom they FAILED to introduce or ask my permission for her to be there. She just sat there and observed. All in All, It was a difficult experience for me. An initial conversation with all of them bombarding me with questions. The exam was terrible! Again 3 out of 4 people prodding and probing me. Not keeping me covered, pushing, shoving etc. I was embarrassed and frustrated!!! Neither the MD or Resident had looked at my records which were online at My Chart. When I inquired they were blank, then they looked at them, talked amongst themselves, excused themselves for about 30 minutes and came back in, a very brief conversation and then that was it. A week later when I returned the Resident came in, sat down and told me there was nothing they could do for me and that was that! He could not explain why not!! Then the MD came in and basically said the same, again with no explaining. Then sent me to Dr. Eteninger the next week. I enjoyed him and have seen him a few times. In our first visit I told him what I had been told. He was surprised since they had sent him a treatment plan. I've been back a few times and this week I saw another PT whom I really liked. Their treatment plan is for another issue I have that had nothing to do with the original reason I was sent. All in all I was Ok with the visit, but the first visit still hangs over my

Dr Hagan, and the entire staff, are endlessly diligent in working to find ways to alleviate my pain and improve my quality of life.Dr. Joule (I have probably misspelled his name) has been exceptionally kind as well.thank you

March 23, 2014

The procedure was very painful. It left a very large hematoma that was still present 7 days later. I did not realize how uncomfortable I would be the days following the procedure.

March 03, 2014

did not like her bedside manner or her opionion Dr. Hagn :/

February 22, 2014

Dr. Hagn is a wonderful doctor

February 03, 2014

The doctor herself seemed rushed. She would ask me a question and finish the answer for me. The PT was present at that point and seemed much more involved in my comments and what was going on.

January 31, 2014

Love Dr Hagn

January 18, 2014

From my first visit I have appreciated Dr. Hagn's concern and care, and each visit continues with this same attitude. She is a fine representative of the pain clinic. Poor quality of care, previous to my visits, brought me to your clinic.

January 15, 2014

Dr. Hagan has been involved in my treatment since I started coming to pain clinic. She is very sensitive to my needs and works with the rest of the staff to provide the best possible care.

December 20, 2013

Dr Hagn is the best!

December 04, 2013

Both Dr. Becker and Dr. Hagn took extra time to ensure I had all my questions addressed. Dr. Hare also poked his head in to check on me. The procedures were flawless and I have no constant migraine. Very grateful for the physicians. Just shows how much they really care about their patients and the progress they make toward healing.

November 26, 2013

Dr. Hagn, Becker and Hare all visited with me and informed my of changes and made sure all of my questions, and who I was suppose to follow up with.

November 22, 2013

Dr. Hagan's treatment hasn't always been easy, but my chronic condition has significantly improved under her care. I feel better then I ever have since my diagnosis 12 years ago. She has been encouraging and kind. When I exceed my goals she is proud, when I miss my goals she helps me find other solutions. I'm truely grateful for all her help.

November 22, 2013

This doctor is horrible. I would not recommend her.

November 20, 2013

Dr Hagn is the best.

November 09, 2013

Dr Hagn is absolutely awesome. THE BEST.

November 01, 2013

Dr. Hagn was assisting Dr. Junkins, since he is out, and she was very helpful. Took as much time as we needed and was very concerned. She was able to get me another appointment the next day for an infusion, which was needed very badly.

October 15, 2013

at last after seeing many doctors over the past 10 years i see a solution to my pain. they are addressing the cause, not masking it with meds. they are also helpin me to get off the oxycodone that other doctors have prescribed over these many years.

October 09, 2013

Dr Hagn is amazing

August 03, 2013

Dr Hagn is wonderful. Sometimes the clinic overall seems a bit rushed or frantic; the drs come and go out of the room instead of sitting down and finishing with me then going to someone else, sometimes it feels like they're inning between rules juggling lots of people

July 30, 2013

Dr. Hagn is informed, concerned and very good at her job. I feel very fortunate to be under her care.

May 14, 2013

All 3 providers were wonderful. They all have plans to get me healthier. Since I don't see anyone for another month, I decided to begin working on my own to get closer to the goals we discussed on my own. I feel more hopeful then I have in a long time. I seem to be on the same page with them so far, which was a relief. This will be a huge change in my life, and all three providers gave me hope.

April 08, 2013

I would recommend you and your staff to anyone. Keep up the great service.
