Help a world-class cause by partnering with University of Utah Health to raise much needed funds for the University Hospital Foundation’s Patient & Family Crisis Fund. Your sponsorship donation directly impacts patients and their families in crisis.

The Crisis Fund is overseen by nurses and social workers and is designed to help patients and their families with immediate personal needs. Your sponsorship provides:

• temporary housing accommodations
• transportation
• food
• clothing
• medications
• other comfort needs

These enable individuals to concentrate on making ethical decisions regarding their loved one's wellbeing and begin the process of healing.

In addition to supporting the community your sponsorship will also provide you with:

1. Logo & name recognition and at the event, within the community and with other high level business executives and partners of the University of Utah Hospital.
2. A great opportunity for networking and building business relationships with other sponsors.
3. Tax deductible benefit based on your sponsorship donation (FM Open is a non-profit 501 c(3) organization).

How does my donation help the crisis fund?

• With $55 the Crisis Fund can provide housing, food, and hygenic items to a family in need.
• The Crisis Fund provides food vouchers & bus tokens to patients' families in times of despair & need.
• With $12 The Crisis Fund can provide a pair of shoes and socks to a homeless person to prevent frostbite & future medical issues.
• The Crisis Fund makes it possible to provide over 1,500+ items of clothing annually to patients & their families.
