Great work and patiently listen to everything I was concerned about my health and my current heart troubles. I was able to get medications and signed paperwork.

He was good talk to and explaining about it

didn't listen to my concerns about an eating disorder. wasn't asked any important questions and all I received was ¿hmm maybe go see a psychiatrist¿. he didn't even ask remotely anywhere near the amount of questions he should've to even recommend me to one. felt like to me he just wanted to get our session over with & skip the actual help/deeper talk about why I was there. if you're looking for someone passionate about helping you, wanting to learn more about yourself/why you are at the hospital in the first place I would go elsewhere.

Dr Kottarathil was not very personable and lectured me for about 10 minutes about a possible issue I don't even think he fully understood seeing as he asked very little questions and made me feel awkward about asking the questions I had. I told him about a rash and without questioning when it started, why it started or even what it feels like he jumped to conclusions and shut down the whole conversation with ¿just don't wear deodorant¿. Not even a referral. Overall an unhelpful experience and aggravating considering I waited 2 months for this appointment and received little to no answer to the concerns I had going in. My last straw was his use of the BMI to tell me I ¿can't afford to gain any weight¿. I weigh 140. Nearly 30 pounds lighter than the average woman in the US. I find it very concerning that doctors still use the BMI after an incredible amount of research has shown it to be outdated and harmful to women. Insensitive comments like that are the reason people get ED's.

Highly recommend this doctor! He takes the time to listen and really made me feel I was an important player in my own care. I have noticed he will look into matters thoroughly and determine what can be handled appropriately onsite before referring out care. This is refreshing. I feel like I am getting the care I need without feeling like I'm starting to become part of a perpetual medical hamster wheel.

Can't get a better or knowledgeable Doctor

Dr Kottarathil is very attentive and concerned about knowing what our problems are . He explains things very clearly and has always been accurate with my diagnosis.

This Dr. is simply absent. He is does not listen to your needs and is quite combative.

Very caring and willing to listen you your problems. Explain what is needed and why.

I'm very pleased with Dr. K and am glad to have him as my primary care physician.

Don't waste your time going to Dr. Kottarathil unless you would like a cold, unprepared, and lazy doctor.

He was great. He took his time he wasn't in a hurry explained everything great bedside manner.

Dr. Kottarathil is a good physician and I get good treatment from him.

Kind, caring and professional. He actually cares for you as a person and doesn't treat you like just a number. He follows up when I slack off my treatments and medications and I appreciate it very much because I'm forgetful and overwhelmed.

Not to concern about physical health.

I appreciated his knowledge and was educated on things I wasn't aware of, but I also don't think the doctor actually read my prior medical records.

He listened to me and he was honest. I had been to the hospital twice and never felt better when I left. He prescribed me some medication and made referrals for tests I needed to figure out what was wrong with me. When I got my medication finally I could move around and the pain was so much easier to handle. I had been suffering for 6 months couldn't move only walked to kitchen and bathroom. He was just great and listened to me. He went above and beyond to try to help me. I just can't say enough nice things about him.

He is everything a patient would need in a physician.
